Below is a list of services we do for each type of cleaning.

Initial services include: complete Documentation Service in the form of the following:

- Digital Photographs
- Digital Video if requested.

Digital Photos with your contract.
The digital photos before we begin work & after work has been done. Files are forwarded to you via email.

Security: Installing new Locks, Secure doors, windows, & Garage doors,

Clean-up
Removal of Furniture
Removal of Trash
Debris in and around property
Removal of Damaged Flooring (carpet, hardwood, tile)
Carpet cleaning
Surface Cleaning (broom-swept, & moping)
Window Washing

In addition to the standard clean-up services your homes may require, we provide a number of other services.

These services can be quoted along with your original bid or requested at any time as an individual service.

Painting: Exterior House Painting

Bricks, Stone, Metals, Wood Siding.

Interior Painting: Texture and painting including: Faux painting.

Flooring: Hardwood flooring removal and installation. Carpet/Pad removal and installation. Tile removal and installation
Tile Flooring: Ceramic, Porcelain, Granite, Marble, and Slate.

Countertop: Replace Countertop with Granite or Marble.
Drywall: Repair, removal and installation.

Fixture and Appliance:Removal and installation.

Exterior Power Washing: This service is available to all residential and commercial clients as a single service or in addition to their regular cleaning.

Electrical: Switches, & Light Fixtures.

Air conditions services.

How to Get Started

2. Once we agree with the price, we will give you estimate of your job in writing before any work begins.

3. For any jobs, we may be able to begin to secure the property the day we visit & take pictures. General clear out and cleanup can be done in a day or two. Painting, repairs, and other services can take a few more days

Our Pricing: Our pricing is based on the condition of the property and the number of items that will need to be don, as well as the services you order. As each property is different, it's very difficult to get a good idea of the actual cost of a job before seeing it.
